What vaccines do you require the dogs to have prior to their appointment?
We strongly recommend keeping your pets up to date with all their shots, but only require our clients to provide proof of rabies. This is a North Carolina Law. We do our best to inform clients if we do not have updated rabies records prior to their appointment. We suggest contacting us prior to your dog's appointment to be sure their rabies expiration date is current in our system. We are happy to contact your vet to confirm vaccination.
Puppies under 16 weeks are required to have 2 sets of puppy vaccines that are visible on a vet letter head. More information on puppy grooms can be found below!
How old does my puppy need to be in order to have their first appointment?
We require all puppies to be vaccinated against Parvovirus before coming in for their first groom. We require puppies complete their first two full sets of vaccines before their first appointment for the safety of your pup!
That being said, we encourage starting your puppy's grooming experience as soon as possible by scheduling a Puppy Package with us. Our Puppy Package is designed to be affordable to be done frequently in an effort to get your pup used to the grooming process early-on.
How long does an appointment take?
Our grooms typically take between 3-4 hours. You will be notified via text as soon as your dog is ready for pickup. Please do not return to the salon before receiving the pickup text.
What time do I have to pick up my dog by?
We ask that all dogs be picked up within an hour of you receiving the text that they are ready. Any dogs not picked up within an hour or picked up after closing at 6:00pm will be charged a $25 fee. Exceptions can apply, speak to your groomer or the receptionist if you have concerns.
What all do the packages include?
Our packages are all inclusive! We also offer some fun add-ons!!

Do you offer individual services such as nail trims, teeth brushing, or face trims?
Yes, we do offer individual services! However, some that take longer, such as a face trim, require an appointment ahead of time.
I don't want certain services that are included in the packages. Do I have to have those done and if not, can I have a discount?
You may eliminate any service you do not want done but the overall price will remain the same. We set our prices to be as affordable as possible while also remaining competitive with other salons in the area.
Do you take in walk-ins?
Sometimes! Our availability for walk-ins varies, but we typically are able to offer same-day or next-day appointments. Give us a call or go to our online scheduling portal to check available appointments.
What are your business hours?
We are open 8:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am-5:00pm on Saturdays. The shop will often close when all the dogs have been picked up for the day. A $25 late pick up fee will be added for any dogs picked up after 6:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and most major holidays.
Do you have breed restrictions?
No! We do not discriminate based on age or breed! We love all dogs and believe that all dogs deserve to have a happy, safe and healthy grooming experience!
