Everything your pet needs is conveniently included in all bath and haircut packages and is affordably priced!
All appointments take approximately 3-4 hours to complete.
Sizes are based on the dog's weight, we do have a scale in the salon to confirm sizing.
Prices are at the groomer's discretion. Quotes given over the phone or found on our website are based on a pet that has been groomed on a regular basis, has no behavior issues and is mat free. Quotes are only estimates and prices may change at check-in evaluation or during the grooming process.
All full services come with 15 minutes of brushing/de-matting, any additional is $15 per 15 minutes.
Thin, short, and/or straight coated dogs will be on the lower price end while thick, long, and/or curly coated dogs will be on the higher end.
Please notify your groomer or the receptionist of any specific requests at the time of your appointment (i.e. specific shampoo, cologne or concerns/additional service requests).
We require valid up-to-date rabies records for dogs over 4 months of age, and 2 rounds of puppy vaccines for dogs under 4 months of age. This is a NC state law the salon must abide by! Rabies records cannot be hand written and must be a paper or PDF with a veterinary header, date given, expiration date, and the veterinary signature.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we currently do not offer mobile grooming services.

We want your dog to love getting groomed so its important to start them off young! That is why we have an affordable puppy package so you can bring them in as much as possible while they are young to get used to the process. Our puppy package comes with a Bath with Premium Shampoo and Conditioner -Blueberry Facial -Brush out/Deshed -Paws and Sani Shaved -Feet Trim- Trimming Around Eyes - Nails Clipped and Filed - Ears Cleaned - Teeth Brushed -Your Choice of Cologne Spray

Policies

Appointments will require a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or canceling. Any notice given later will be counted as a no show.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be counted as a no show.
Clients who no show more than once will be required to pay a no show fee before they may rebook
We ask that you pick up your pet within an hour of receiving the text that they are ready. A daycare charge of $25 will be added to any dogs not picked up within the hour.
Any pets picked up after 6 pm will be charged a $25 fee as well as any daycare charges that have accrued.
