Policies
- Appointments will require a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or canceling. Any notice given later will be counted as a no show.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be counted as a no show.
- Clients who no show more than once will be required to pay a no show fee before they may rebook
- We ask that you pick up your pet within an hour of receiving the text that they are ready. A daycare charge of $25 will be added to any dogs not picked up within the hour.
- Any pets picked up after 6 pm will be charged a $25 fee as well as any daycare charges that have accrued.
